Custom Jerseys
No Returns or Exchanges: Custom jerseys are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or if the customization does not match your submitted specifications.
Defective or Incorrect Orders: If your custom jersey arrives with a defect or differs from what you specified in your order, please contact us immediately. We will rectify any errors on our part by either repairing the defect or producing a new jersey at no additional cost to you.
Process for Reporting Issues
Contact Us Immediately: If there is an issue with your order, such as a defect or discrepancy in customization, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your item at service@athletictailor.com or call us at +852 57016988.
Provide Proof: Email us clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item alongside details of the issue. Include your order number for reference.
Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will initiate the process to correct it. This may include producing a new jersey or applying necessary fixes to your original order.
Non-Customized Items
Standard Returns: For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the items are in new and unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Return Process: Follow the standard return procedure by contacting us for authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs and any associated fees, such as handling or shipping insurance, are the responsibility of the customer. AthleticTailor will cover the shipping costs only for items returned due to manufacturing defects or errors in customization.
Refunds
Refunds for non-customized items will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
